This programme aims to build participants’ capability to understand, design, and govern enterprise
architectures that are strategically aligned, operationally effective, and technology ready. Using the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) and ArchiMate modelling notation as primary frameworks, participants will gain the skills to structure all four EA domains — Business, Data, Application, and Technology — and to develop actionable architecture roadmaps that translate organisational strategy into executable change. The programme bridges the gap between theoretical EA frameworks and real-world application, ensuring participants can lead or contribute meaningfully to EA initiatives within their organisations from day one.
